Impact audit
Find out whether your change is actually landing, before you invest more in it.
You care about whether the change rollout is working, not just whether it’s been launched.
Most change is measured on whether the comms went out. Not on whether anyone actually changed. But you know that non-adoption rarely shows up in the reports. It surfaces later, as a missed target, when it's expensive to fix. This audit catches it before that happens.

What is the Impact audit?
A focused piece of work that tells you whether your change has moved from 'people have heard about it' to 'people are operating differently'. Where it hasn't, we tell you why and what to do about it.
Who is it for?
Change leads and sponsors who are mid-rollout and want to know what's actually working before committing more budget. If you're not sure whether the investment so far is landing, this gives you the evidence to make that call.
What do we get at the end of it?
Audience survey and focus-group insights, stakeholder interviews, a behavioural gap analysis, and an audit report with prioritised, do-this-next recommendations. Honest findings, including the uncomfortable ones.
How is this different to our internal programme reviews?
Most internal reviews measure activity - emails sent, sessions attended, tick-boxes completed. We measure behaviour: have people actually changed what they do? That's a different question, and it needs a different lens.
When is the right time to do it?
Mid-rollout, when there's still time to act on what we find. It's also the sensible thing to do before committing further budget as it will tell you what's worth investing in next, so you're not betting blind.
What happens after the audit?
You'll have a clear picture of what's working, what isn't, and what to do next. If there are gaps to close, Employee engagement assets is the natural next step - building the fixes the audit recommends.
De-risking future investment
A fixed, contained piece of work with honest findings - including the uncomfortable ones. The sensible thing to do before you invest further.
