What is the Cascade pack for managers?
A pack of messaging, comms assets, meetings-in-a-box and more, designed specifically for your managers and built around how they actually lead and work with their teams. Everything they need to communicate the change confidently, consistently, and in a way that brings their people with them.
Who is it for?
Change leaders who know that middle managers make or break adoption, and want to give them proper support rather than a briefing deck and a prayer. If you've ever watched a manager go off-script or quietly disengage, you already know why this matters.
What does the pack include?
It depends on what your managers need, but it typically includes meetings in a box, shareable decks, a manager playbook, videos that communicate the key messages for them, and an FAQ and resistance handler for the awkward questions.
