Preparing to implement a change
Employee engagement plan
A plan for the employee engagement and learning activities that will ensure your change lands, and sticks. Informed by behavioural science and built around your people.
How it works
You know why change rollouts fail. Let's make sure this one succeeds.
You know that communicating a change doesn't automatically lead to employees changing their behaviours. They need more than comms - they need to be inspired to change and trained to deliver on it, in a way that works for them. So if you're a change leader who is done with programmes that launch with a fanfare but land badly, this is for you.
Let's build an employee engagement and learning plan than works - the human bit that will make sure your change sticks.

What is an Employee engagement plan?
A fixed-fee, 4-week sprint that takes your approved change strategy and builds a 12-month implementation plan designed for your people. We use behavioural science to work out what will actually shift behaviour, then map out the communications, training, and tools to make it happen. You leave with a plan you can act on immediately.
Who is it for?
Change leaders and programme owners in organisations of 2,000-20,000 people who have a signed-off strategy but haven't yet figured out the human bit: how to get people to leave the status quo behind and actually change what they do.
How long does it take?
Typically, four weeks. In that time, we'll get to know your audience, run workshops, and map out a 12-month implementation plan with visual mock-ups.
What do you need from us before you start?
The signed off strategy for your change initiative, your KPIs, and access to key stakeholders and a representative slice of your employee audience. We do the rest.
How is this different to other change management services?
Most change support focuses on the functional change strategy and governance. We are laser focused on the human side: why your people might resist, what will actually motivate them to change, and how to design the communications, training, and tools that shift real behaviour. Behavioural science is the lens for everything we do. We're not here to tell you what to change - you've done that part! - we're here to make sure it actually happens.
What if our change programme is already underway?
It can still work, but we'd recommend starting with our Impact audit first. That tells us what's landing and what isn't, so your strategy is built on real evidence rather than assumptions. That way we avoid planning from scratch if half of it is already working.
What happens after the 4 weeks?
Two options: you can take the plan away and implement it with your internal team, or move straight into Employee engagement assets, where we create the communications, training, and tools your plan recommends.
Fixed cost, fixed scope, no lock-in.
Fixed cost, fixed 4-week scope. At the end, take the plan and implement it yourself, or carry straight on with Employee engagement assets.
