Last updated 22 July 2026

Lima Delta engages the third-party providers listed below to help deliver its services. We place data protection obligations on each of them that are no less protective than those in our client terms, and we remain responsible for how they handle personal data. We will give reasonable prior notice of any addition or replacement of a sub-processor, and clients may object on reasonable data protection grounds.

See privacy.claude.com.

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, an appropriate transfer mechanism (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK addendum) is in place.
