Our framework for behaviour change

Organisational change only works when thousands of people shift how they behave - and that’s no small ask. That’s why all our solutions are built on our Inspire, Train, Sustain framework that tackles the psychological barriers to change.

Inspire. Train. Sustain.

Our design framework for behaviour change, built into everything we do. No extra charge. No bolt-ons. Just part of the service.

Inspire

Before we can learn new skills or change behaviours, we have to be ready and motivated to do so. Trouble is, by default, we’re not psychologically ready to upend habits and ways of working we’ve built up over years. Why fix what isn’t broken?

That’s why our solutions start with something to Inspire your people. You’ll get more than a cheesy aspirational message - we’ll advise you on how to tell a compelling story that creates intrinsic motivation.

Train

Feeling inspired is essential, but it’s not enough on its own. Motivation needs backup: the skills and tools to turn intention into action.

That’s where our Train stage comes in. Research shows that information overload doesn’t stick, so we design digital experiences that are practical, relevant, and built for doing - not just reading.

Sustain

We forget 80% of what we learn within 30 days. Yep. If we don’t revisit it, knowledge fades fast. For new behaviours to stick, they need to be reinforced, recalled, applied and rewarded.

That’s why we never skip the Sustain stage. We leave you with on-the-job tools that support and embed colleagues’ new behaviours, long after launch day.
