Powering people-first change at Motability Operations
We partnered with Motability Operations, the organisation behind the Motability Scheme, which supports 860,000 disabled people across the UK, to develop the skills they need to thrive in the future.

Developing future skills
What Motability Operations needed
With customer needs shifting, government policy evolving, and the EV revolution in full swing, Motability wanted to build a workforce that’s ready for whatever comes next. Led by Karen King, their Learning Team launched a Skills Builder strategy: 24 core capabilities, tracked and developed across the organisation. Their approach is intentionally blended, combining live training, digital tools and peer-to-peer coaching to create a learning culture that’s agile, inclusive, and ready for the future.
How we helped
We collaborated with MO to create a suite of digital toolkits that turn strategy into action, bringing key capabilities like Leading Change, Managing Teams and Creating Inclusive Environments to life in practical, accessible ways.
Lima Delta have exceeded our expectations in every way. The team developed engaging and innovative toolkits and content that were instrumental in delivering our upskilling L&D priorities. They truly felt like an extension of our team, taking the time to fully understand our needs and business. Their patience and understanding as we juggled priorities were remarkable.
We highly recommend Lima Delta for their exceptional service and dedication and we will be continuing to work with them as a preferred partner.
